Sign the Petition

I need 1000 signatures to be on the ballot in November!  The signing period is May 19 through June 2.Download the signature form and fill in the boxes.  The signatures must be mailed back to the address on the petition by June 1st.  Petitions cannot be scanned and emailed back. Thank you for your help! Every signature makes a difference.
